Return Policy:
All of our products are custom made; therefore only orders that are shipped incorrectly can be returned and must be returned within 30 days. Orders that were shipped on time and were made correctly cannot be returned. We make every effort to insure all orders are made on time and made right! In the off chance your order is wrong, Big League Decals will gladly redo the order, or refund your money.

Big League Decals offers free shipping and handling on items shipped via First Class Mail. All orders ship within 2-3 days. Faster shipping services are available upon request at an additional cost.

You will never be sent an e-mail to solicit business. Your actual order including all credit card information gets purged from our secured server around your estimated delivery date. We maintain hardcopies of your order under locked file cabinets.
